About TwistedPix

Based between Birmingham and Wolverhampton, TwistedPix is the bastard child of Bekah Baker and Shaun Davies. An idea spawned from the desire to showcase people like us rather than trying to make them fit into the typical photo shoot look. We believe that you should be proud of your tattoos, piercings and style; just as we are.

Bekah has been found with camera in hand for over 25 years, with her interest in the field really coming to the fore in the last 11 years. She is an avid macro photographer and loves showcasing the unusual! Bekah is self taught in both photography & Photoshop and deals with the majority of the re-touching involved in the business. Bekah is fully CRB checked and co-founded the Safe Model resource, the safety and comfort of our clients is paramount to us.

Shaun has been working as a professional Photoshop re-toucher in the advertising industry for longer than he cares to remember. When he's not dealing with the advanced photographic re-touching for TwistedPix he is generally assisting in the studio or occasionally we even let him loose with a camera!

Unlike many photographers working within the Alt. market, we live an alternative lifestyle, this gives us a better understanding of the people we work with. You can come to us in the knowledge that we know better than most how to showcase your Alt. beauty to the maximum.

This year, we have launched our own photographic studio based in Oldbury which is available to hire by other photographers. We also host model days and workshops where Bekah will teach you some of the skills you need to create the imagery you want to.
